We are excited to introduce “love & hope foundation canada” (lhfc) to our community. Over  the next  five years plan is to take bold and innovative steps to lead lhfc through the humanitarian challenges of today and to build a better community for tomorrow.

Our plan reflects the extensive consultation with lhfc Board of Directors and Volunteers, the voices of people of our local and international community, community engagement and input from our community partners. It is built on the foundation of our mission, vision and values, and the donation of our courageous founder.

Strategic plans are not static documents. This plan sets a course for lhfc, defines where we will focus our energy and resources, and is a catalyst for action. Goals and outcomes will be assessed along the way to adjust our course to ensure we are successful in a changing landscape. As an integral part of lhfc, this plan will also play an important role in the broader community development around the world.

This is our promise and our challenge to each other and to our community for next five years: We are committed to excellence and dedicated to innovation. We will meet challenges through four clear directions: Leading, Learning, Building, and Caring. Through these directions, we will work with our community to change community service, discover a way to create a prosperous community and partner with people to deliver state-of-the-art community service with compassion, dignity and respect.

The advisory board is a team formed from our Board of Directors. They are the discussion group for the Executive Director, Finance Director and Secretary.
