Professor Manya is currently a professor
and the clinical coordinator for the Radiation Therapy Program at the Health
Sciences, Education, and Wellness Institute at Bellevue College, Bellevue,
Washington State, USA.
Professor Manya is a board-certified
radiation therapist practiced in Jamaica, the United Kingdom, and the United
States.
Professor Manya earned his initial
radiation therapy training from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University in
India.
Professor Manya completed the advanced
placement radiation therapy program at Loma Linda University in California and
is pursuing an enhanced radiotherapy and oncology practice postgraduate program
at Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom.
Professor Manya is one of the trustees on
the World Radiography Education Trust Foundation (WRETF) board.
Professor Manya is an active member of the
American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), the Society and College of
Radiographers (SOR), United Kingdom, the Association of Educators in Radiologic
Sciences (AEIRS), and the National Education Association (NEA), United States.
He is also an Admin of IARRT, a sister
concern of love & hope foundation canada.
